Before 1975, Roy Neakong worked for the Chak Angre power station. On the day of liberation, 17 April 1975, Neakong was taken away from the city by the Pol Pot regime to an office in the vicinity of Wat Phnom. Subsequently, Angkar made Neakong toil as a construction laborer, traveling all over the city repairing old buildings. The Pol Pot regime massacred prisoners bit by bit using knives that I had made extremely sharp. The Pol Pot regime made prisoners torment each other daily.
រុយ នាគង់ មុនឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ធ្វើការអគ្គិសនីចក្រអង្រែ។ ពេលថ្ងៃរំដោះ ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ នាគង់ ត្រូវបានរបប ប៉ុល ពត ជម្លៀសមកនៅការិយាល័យក្បែរវត្តភ្នំ។ ក្រោយមកទៀតបានអង្គការឪ្យ ទៅធ្វើជាកម្មករសំណងដើរជួសជុលផ្ទះចាស់ៗ ដែលបែកបាក់នៅក្នុងក្នុងក្រុង។ របប ប៉ុល ពត បានកាប់សម្លាប់អ្នកទោសជាចំរៀកៗដោយកាំបិត ដែលខ្ញុំបានសម្លៀងឱ្យមុត។ របប ប៉ុល ពតនេះ បានបញ្ជាឱ្យអ្នកទោសធ្វើទារុណកម្មទៅលើអ្នកទោសគ្នាឯងទៅវិញទៅមករៀងរាលថ្ងៃ។
