Biography and Activities of Chhas Uom, Vice Secretary of Battalion 415, Regiment 40, Division 1. He joined C.I.A in 1966. In 1973 joined the DK Army in order to gather armed forces to attack Khmer Rouge, and if not successful, to escape to Thailand and fight along the border. Angkar arrested him in July 1977.
