Lay, deputy chief of P-31 laboratory at division 310, confessed that in August 1976, Cheat, cadre of company, fishing cell at division 310, attended a traitorous meeting about the plan to attack the party on September 1976 at hospital P-31. Cheat took responsible for assigning the forces to monitor the weapon warehouse at division 310, preparing the forces to take over weapon warehouses and storethem at Prek Kdam then take them to Kim and Thi, committee of Prey Chhor district hospital, for collecting forces to attack the party. This plan cooperated with the Eastern soldiers.
ឡយ អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរពិសោធន៍ ព-៣១ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា កាលពីខែ៨ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ជាតិ កម្មាភិបាល អនុសេនាធំ កងនេសាទកងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំក្បត់ មួយនៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៣១ ស្ដីពីផែនការវាយបក្សខែ៩-១៩៧៦។ ជាតិ មានភារកិច្ចចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងស៊ើបពិនិត្យឃ្លាំងអាវុធរបស់កងពល ៣១០ ហើយរៀបចំកម្លាំងវាយយកឃ្លាំងអាវុធឱ្យបានយកមកស្ដុក ទុកនៅព្រែកក្ដាម រួចបន្ដមកឱ្យឈ្មោះ គីម និង ធិ គណៈកម្មាធិការ ពេទ្យស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ដើម្បីប្រមូលកម្លាំងវាយ បក្សដោយសហការណ៍ ជាមួយពួកបូព៌ា។
