Lim Sovin confessed that in 1974, Long Boret assigned him to observe Khek Vandy, Khek Sisoda, Khek Leu Rang, Khek Keo Rann and Khek Sotha, who were revolutionary family in France. In France, Pen Thon, secretary of Khmer Embassy in France, trained Savin to know the observational technique. After, Savin took responsibility to report what he observed to Long Boret through people who worked in the embassy in France. After the liberation, Savin returned to live temporarily in Kampot, and then, he was arrested and exterminated by the Angkar.
លឹម សុវិន បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឡុង បូរ៉េត បាន ចាត់តាំងខ្លួន«សុវិន» ឱ្យទៅស៊ើបការណ៍ពី ខែក រ៉ាន់ឌី, ខែក ស៊ីសូដា, ខែក ឡឺរ៉ង់, ខែក កែវរ៉ាន់ និង ខែក សុត្ថា ជាគ្រួសារ បដិវត្ដនៅស្រុកបារាំង។ នៅស្រុកបារាំង វិន បានជួប ប៉ែន ថុន លេខាទូតខ្មែរនៅបារាំង លោកបានបង្ហាត់ វិន ពីបចេ្ចកទេសយក ការណ៍។ ពេលយកការណ៍បានហើយរាយការណ៍មក ឡុង បូរ៉េត តាមរយៈខ្មែរប្រចាំប្រទេសបារាំង។ ក្រោយរំដោះ វិន បានមក រស់នៅកំពតបានមួយរយៈ ក្រោយមកអង្គការដឹងរឿងក៏ចាប់ខ្លួន។ ឈ្មោះ វិន ត្រូវបានអង្គការកំទេចហើយ។
