Hem Noch alias Chum No, Khmer Communist combatant, was captured [not in a fighting] in December 03, 1974, by [National] chasing Battalio 520, and one CKC gun and about 50 bullets were seized from him.
He confessed that he had served in Khmer Communist Movement since January 01, 1975. ហែម ណុច ហៅ ជំនោ ជាយុទ្ធជនខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដោយកងវរសេនាតូចទាហាន ប្រដេញទី៥២០ ដោយរឹបអូសបានសេកាសេមួយដើម និងគ្រាប់ ប្រហែល៥០គ្រាប់។ សាមុីជនបានឆ្លើយថា បានចូលបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
