Biography and the Confession of Phe Di, Security Officer in Southern Zone No. S-35. According to this document, he joined C.I.A in 1973 as a personal secretary of the U.S.A. He confessed to American activities and plans on Cambodia in the Lon Nol and Pol Pot regimes. The plan allegedley was to attack and capture Cambodia and to go on to invade other nations, to bury weapons when defeated by the Khmer Rouge and set up a C.I.A network in the provinces to oppose the Khmer Rouge.
ជីវប្រវត្ដិ និង ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ភេ ឌី ជាកម្មាភិបាលសន្ដិសុខ នៅភូមិភាគខាងត្បូង លេខ ស-៣៥។ ដោយយោងទៅតាមឯកសារ នេះ គាត់បានចូលជាមួយ សេ អ៊ី អា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងនាមជា លេខាផ្ទាល់របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ គាត់ឆ្លើយសារភាពពីសកម្មភាព របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និង ផែនការស្ដីពីកម្ពុជា ក្នុងរបប លន់ នល់ និង ប៉ុល ពត ។ ផែនការបានរៀបរាប់ពីការវាយប្រហារ និង កាន់កាប់ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង ដើម្បីឈ្លានពានប្រទេសដ៏ទៃទៀត។ ដើម្បីដុត បំផ្លាញអាវុធ នៅពេលវាយប្រហារដោយខ្មែរក្រហម ហើយនិងបង្កើត បណ្ដាញ សេ អ៊ី អា នៅតាមខេត្ដដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងខ្មែរក្រហម។
