កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

Kandal Province: According to Letter No. 384-KH.V.P dated on March 11, 1981, regarding the loss of ancient properties during Lon Nol's regime which were stolen by dehonestees. Other ancient properties were mostly destroyed during Pol Pot's regime. As for geographical sites of the mass graves located in Sa-ang district, Kandal province were completely destroyed by flooding; moreover, addditional mass graves were continously discovered and excavated.
ខេត្តកណ្តាល៖ យោងតាមលិខិតលេខ ៣៨៤-ឃ.វ.ព ចុះថ្ងៃទី១១ មិនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨១ ស្តីពីការបាត់បង់វត្ថុបុរាណមួយចំនួន កាលពី ជំនាន់រដ្ឋអំណាច លន់ នល់ ដោយមានជនទុច្ចរិតលួចយកទៅលក់។ វត្តុបុរាណមួយចំនួនទៀត ត្រូវបានបែកបាក់និងបាត់បង់ស្ទើរទាំងអស់ នៅក្នុងអធិរាជ្យ ប៉ុលពត។ ចំណែករណ្តៅសាកសពវីញស្ថិតនៅស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្តកណ្តាល ត្រូវបានលិចទឹកបណ្តាលឲ្យបាត់ស្លាកស្នាម ហើយរណ្តៅសាកសពដទៃទៀតបានកំពុងចុះស្រាវជ្រាវរុករក។
