Technicians, engineers, and especially a number of doctors were almost completely killed off. The doctors and medical practitioners who survived the Pol Pot regime made great efforts for the Takeo Provincial Hospital, thanks to the support from Vietnamese friends, specifically, Vietnamese friends who sent 7 doctors to help and reorganize the hospital.
អ្នកបចេ្ចកទេស, វិស្វករ និង ជាពិសេសគ្រូពេទ្យមួយចំនួនត្រូវបានសម្លាប់ ស្ទើរគ្មានសល់ ។ គ្រូពេទ្យ និងវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិតដែលបានរស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបប ប៉ុល ពត បានខិត្តខំប្រឹងប្រែងដើម្បីមន្ទីរខេត្តតាកែវ ដោយសារមានការជួយឧបត្ធម្ភពីមិត្តវៀតណាម ជាពិសេស គឺមិត្តវៀតណាម បានបញ្ជូនគ្រូពេទ្យចំនួន៧នាក់ មកជួយនិងរៀបចំមន្ទីរពេទ្យឡើងវីញ។
