Personal biography and the alleged traitorous acts of Chea Bav. On 4th April, 1970, he joined Vietnamese Army. In 1971, he worked in Office 19 in Region 25. 1973, he joined the Special Militia of Region 25. He allegedly encouraged soldiers to abandon units and he also killed cadres of the 12th Division.
ប្រវត្ដិរូបផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និង សកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ ជា ប៉ាវ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ គាត់បានចូលជាយោធាវៀតណាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ គាត់បានធ្វើការនៅមន្ទីរ១៩ នៅតំបន់២៥។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ គាត់បានចូលជាកងឈ្លបពិសេសនៃតំបន់៣២៥។ គាត់បាននិយាយ លើកទឹកចិត្ដទាហានឱ្យចាកចេញពីកង និង គាត់បានសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល នៃកងពល១២។
