According to this document, from 1976 onward, he committed traitorous acts against Khmer Rouge by destroying equipment for producing medicine, had plans to set fire to a medicine warehouse and had plans to kill Angkar's officers by throwing grenades and using poison. He was arrested on 1st July 1977.
ដោយយោងទៅតាមឯកសារនេះ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ មក គាត់បាន ប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើក្បត់ប្រឆាំងនឹងខ្មែរក្រហមដោយបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសម្រាប់ ម៉ាស៊ីនផលិតថ្នាំ និង មានគម្រោងដុតឃ្លាំងថ្នាំ និង មានគម្រោង សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលរបស់អង្គការដោយគប់គ្រាប់បែកដៃ និង ការប្រើ ថ្នាំបំពុល។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
