Long La aka Chhun, telegram converter of region 106, confessed that Set, chief of Svay Thom sub-district handicraft, betrayed the party under the indoctrination of An Hieng aka Say. Set infiltrated himself into the revolutionary line, built up more traitorous forces, and kept the secret.
