Chann Nuon and Sinuon, Chief of Win Factory at Kilo 6, confessed that Pil, [soldier of]Regiment, Division 920, was his treacherous network with Khuon introducing. Pil and Sinuon discussed the plots to liberate Phnom Penh once again. Srei Chheang aka Sang, [soldier of]Regiment, Division 920, confessed that in May 1975, Pil attended the meeting and received the plots from Khuon, former secretary of Zone. Pil was in charge of building up forces in Mondul Kiri [Province]. In March 1976, Pil attended the treacherous meeting to examine forces in preparation for going against the revolution in Decemb er 1976. Executing the plots, Pil assumed the responsibility for liberating Mondul Kiri, Stung Treng and Rattanak Kiri regions.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ នួន ហៅ ស៊ីនួន ប្រធានរោងចក្រស្រា គម៦ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ពិល វរសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ជាបក្ខពួកក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនតាមការឧទេ្ទសនាមពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន។ ពិល និង ស៊ីនួន បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាអំពីផែនការវាយរំដោះភ្នំពេញសារជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត តាមចម្លើយរបស់ ស្រី ឈាង ហៅ សាង វរសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ៥-៧៥ ពិល បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន អតីតលេខាភូមិភាគ។ ពិល មានភារកិច្ចកសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅមណ្ឌលគិរី។ នៅខែ៣-៧៦ ពិល បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំក្បត់ដើម្បីសរុបកម្លាំងលើកទិសវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ១២-៧៦ ក្នុងផែនាករវាយបក្សនេះ ពិល មានភារកិច្ចរំដោះតំបន់មណ្ឌលគិរី ស្ទឹងត្រែងនិងរតនគិរី។
