Thai Ra aka Tum said that Ol was a close network of Huot Se and Thorl, chief of district office 16. Thorl and Ol assigned Peou to hide in liberation area. According to the confession of Samnang, Peou assigned him to kill a cadre that was driving motorcycle at Chheu Teal sub-district. Moreover, Sokh told Dim and Than that he asked Ol for help in provoking problem in the unit in order to cause an ar gument between cadres and soldiers and bad defect to the responsible person.
ឈ្មោះ ថៃ រ៉ា ហៅ ទុំ បាននិយាយថាៈ អុល ជាជំនិត និងជាខ្សែចាត់តាំងរបស់ ហួត សេ និង ជិតស្និតជាមួយ ធល ប្រធានមន្ទីរ ស្រុក ១៦។ ធល និង អុល បានដាក់ឈ្មោះ ពៅ ជាគិញបង្កប់នៅតំបន់រំដោះ។ តាមពត៌មានពីឈ្មោះ សំណាង សារភាពថា េ ពៅ ចាត់តាំងខ្លួនអោយបាញ់ កម្មភិបាលជិះម៉ូតូនៅឃុំឈើទាល។ សុខ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ ឌឹម និង ថន ថាៈ ខ្លួនបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ អុល អោយជួយធ្វើអន្ដរាគមណ៍ក្នុងរឿងធ្វើបាតុកម្មដោយឱ្យបំផុសនៅក្នុងអង្គភាព ឱ្យមានការបេ្រះឆា រវាងកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន ធ្វើឱ្យអង្គភាពរង្គោះរង្គើរស្មុគ្រស្មាញ ជះទ្ធិពលអាក្រក់ដល់អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវ។
