Long Phan aka Sovann, messenger of company 209, naval force, confessed that in 1971, Sa Voeun took Doeuk Phloh to be indoctrinated and integrated into the Free Khmer in 1973. Chhean had a network with Kun Sokha and Phon. In March 1976, Savoeun assigned Doeuk Phloh to infiltrate into company 209. In April 1976, Phloh built up forces at battalion 234.
ឡុង ផាន ហៅ សុវណ្ណ និរសារអនុសេនាធំ ២០៩ មូលដ្ឋានកងទ័ពជើងទឹកបានសារភាពថានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ សា វឿន យក ឌឿក ភ្លោះ ទៅនៅជាមួយបានអប់រំឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហើយ ឈាន បានទៅភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ គុន សុខា និង ផុន ។ នៅខែ ៣- ១៩៧៦ សា វឿន ចាត់តាំង ឌឿក ភ្លោះ ឱ្យមកបង្កប់ក្នុងអង្គភាពអនុសេនាធំ ២០៩ ដល់ខែ ៤-១៩៧៦ ភ្លោះបានកសាងកម្លាំងនៅ វរៈសោនាតូច ២៣៤ រហូតមក ។
