Instead of allowing me to study, the Khmer Rouge regime forced me to harvest rice, and collect cow dung and put it into the paddy fields. They did not give us enough food to eat. In 1977, they ordered me to carry the soil at 17 April Dam, located in Pursat Province, day and night, without caring that people were suffering from exhaustion. In 1978, the Khmer Rouge ordered me to build Kamping Puoy Dam.
