You Hoeun aka Pheap, soldier of Reussey Keo Energy Section, confessed that Ky, soldier of Platoon in Siem Reap, was convinced by him to betray the revolution in April 1974. In May 1975, Ky attended the meeting and received Pon's plans to build up the revolutionary forces, to destroy the revolution and to spread disintegration propaganda within the revolutionary line.
យូ ហឿន ហៅ ភាព យុទ្ធជននៅថាមពលបេ្រងឫស្សីកែវបាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះគី យុទ្ធជននៅអងនុសេនាតូច សៀមរាប ត្រូវខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បដិវត្ដតាំងពីខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ នៅខែ៥-៧៥ គី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះប៉ុនឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បដិវត្ដ បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ ឃោសនាបំបែកបំបាក់សាមគ្គីផ្ទៃក្នុង ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។
