Yun Soeun aka Yuos, chief of Eastern zone handicraft, admitted that he and Chey Mut aka Keo were former Free Khmer members from Hanoi, Vietnam and under the nomination of Ta Chhouk. Chey Mut aka Keo's task was to convince the people to hate the revolutionary authority and to expand networks to take part in order to the Free Khmer Party's activities.
យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួននិង ជៃ មុត ហៅ កែវ ជាអតីតខ្មែរសេរីមកពីហាណូយ និងនៅ កុ្នងខ្សែខ្មែរសេរីជាមួយគ្នាតាមការឧទេ្ទសនាមរបស់ តាឈូក។ តួនាទីរបស់ ជៃ មុត ហៅ កែវ គឺដើរឃោសនា បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ កសាងកម្លាំងឱ្យរួមសកម្មភាពកុ្នងបក្សសេរី។
