Khy Say, former worker of Sin Heng Textile Factory, joined the CIA in 1973. After the liberation, Khy Say got in touch with Ket Chakun's networks in Factory T-4. Say subverted the clothing rollers and soaking machines in Factory T-4.
ឃី សាយ អតីតកម្មករចាស់រោងចក្រតម្បាញ ស៊ិន ហេង ហើយ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះ ឃី សាយភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ កេត ចាគន្ធ នៅរោងចក្រត-៤។ បានធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្ម ធ្វើឱ្យខូចកង់ទាញក្រណាត់ និងម៉ាស៊ីនជ្រលក់នៅត-៤។
