Enemies had attacked us from Thna Thnong, Korki Saom, Chi Phou to Bavet. The enemies who were ready themselves in the front of us were too big amount and also were preparing to destroy use. On December 4, 1977, we cut off a road 27 and Smach area, and totally took over it. Now, we constantly continued to smash them out. Some of ememies had been destroyed, and as for the actual result would be submitted to [the Angkar]. This report had been copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brother Vann, brother Vorn, brother Khieu, and the documentation center.
ខ្មាំងវាយយើងដាច់ពីថ្នាធ្នង់ គគីសោម តាអី ជីភូ រហូតដល់បាវិត។ ខ្មាំងនៅខាងមុខយើងមានទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំដែរ និងមានលក្ខណៈបំផ្លាញ។ ថ្ងៃទី០៤-១២-១៩៧៧ យើងកាត់ផ្ដាច់២៧ និងស្មាច់ហើយ យើង ក្ដាប់ស្មាច់បានទាំងស្រុង ឥឡូវត្រូវបន្ដកំទេចខ្មាំងតទៅទៀត។ យើង កំទេចខ្មាំងមួយចំនួន ឯលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្ដែងនិងសរុបជូនជាក្រោយ,បាន ចម្លងជូន អ៊ុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
