The view and standpoint of Palestinian concerning the Vietnamese invasion into Cambodia, were to solve the problem through the peace talk. But, according to their newspapers and magazines in Pyongyang; when we strongly stuck to our standpoint, they tended to support Vietnamese. Palestinia had been influenced by Vietnam and, they believed Vietnam more than us. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vorn and Vann and documenting office.
ទស្សនៈគោលជំហររបស់អង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនចំពោះបញ្ហាយួនឈ្លាន ពានកម្ពុជាអោយមាន ដំណោះស្រាយតាមការចរចា។ ប៉ុន្ដែដោយ យើងប្រកាន់គោលជំហររឹងប៉ឹង អង្គប៉ាឡេស្ទីនងាកទៅគាំទ្រយួន តាមសមេ្លងកាសែត ទស្សនាវដ្ដីរបស់គាត់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់នៅព្យុងយ៉ាង ហើយអង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនទទួលទ្ធិពលពីយួន និងមានជំនឿលើយួន ច្រើនជាងយើង។ ចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំនួន បងវន បងវ៉ាន់និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
