Thai enemies convinced In Tam forces to divide themselves into small groups in order to provoke turmol along the borber and to spy on us. In Tam forces had strongholds along Dang Rek mountain and contacted traitors of region 103 such as Hang, chief of traitors. After that, we arrested Hang and destroyed his networks, so, In Tam forces had no networks and could not enter our territory. On the part of Laotian border was normal and we allowed laotian people to come catching fishes along Lpeou river. Moreover, laotian people were happy and promised that they would report on Vietnamese who committed activities in our territory. This report was sent to uncle Nuon, Vann, Vorn, and the documentation office.
តាមព្រំដែនថៃ ខ្មាំងថៃ បានជំរុញឱ្យពួក អ៊ិន តាំ ធើ្វសកម្មភាព អុកឡុកជាក្រុមតូចៗ នៅតាមព្រំដែន និងឈ្លបយកការណ៍ពីយើង។ ពួកអ៊ិន តាំ មានជំរុំនៅមំ្ដុភ្នំដងរ៉ែក ហើយទាក់ទងជាមួយពួកក្បត់ នៅតំបន់ ១០៣ ដែលមានឈ្លោះ ហង់ ជាមេតែក្រោយមកយើង កំទេចបង្អែករបស់វា និងចាប់អាហង់មក ពួកអ៊ិនតាំអស់បង្អែកចូលដី យើងមិនបាន។ ចំណែកនៅព្រំដែនលាវ មានភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ នៅតាមដងទនេ្លល្ពៅ យើងបានឱ្យប្រជាជនលាវចូលចាប់ត្រីតាមដង ទនេ្លនោះ។ ប្រជាជនលាវមានការសប្បាយចិត្ដ ហើយបានសន្យាថា និងរាយការណ៍ពីយួនដែលធ្វើសកម្មភាពមកលើដីយើង។ ឯកសារនេះចម្លងជូន អ៊ុំនួន, អ៊ុំវ៉ាន់, អ៊ុំវន និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
