According to the report of Cambodian and Laotian immigrants who frequently went in and out Vientien in mid February, a lot of Vietnamese soldiers with 80 tanks were planning to attack Cambodia again, but they had usually been ambushed by Vang Pav troop. As for the Vietnamese politics in Vientien was quieter than before. Cambodian would not negotiate with Vietnamese; their [political affairs] influence and military affairs were constantly decreasing and defeating.
តាមមតិអនិកជនខ្មែរ និងឡាវដែលចេញ ចូលក្រុងវៀងច័ន្ទថា ពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ ២នេះទ័ពយួនជាច្រើន និងរថក្រោះ ៨០គ្រឿងផង មានផែនការវាយកម្ពុជាម្ដងទៀតប៉ុន្ដែពួកយួនត្រូវពួក
