According to 1977 plan, some boats that had already constructed were 3 120-horse-power boats, one 60-horse-power, and 2 40-horse-power boats and the other boats had no spareparts to be replaced; moreover, the capital collection from nature like fishing was not effective as the previous year. This could be concluded as the condition of hoter weather, if comparing to last year's weather.
តាមផែនការឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ទូកមួយចំនួនធ្វើហើយមាន ១២០សេះ ៣គ្រឿង ៦០សេះ ១គ្រឿង ៤០សេះ ២គ្រឿង ហើយទូកមួយចំនួនទៀតគ្មាន គ្រឿងបន្លាស់សំរាប់ជួសជុលទេ។ ចំណែកការប្រមូលទន់ពីធម្មជាតិ ដូចជាចាប់ត្រីជាដើមមិន
