The confessions of Mam Sambo, So Phuong Bopha and Nguon Savat, working at Power Plant 2, disclosed that Chap Sam-aok, working at Power Plant 2, joined CIA in 1973. After the liberation, he took part in the counter-revolutionary acts. He prompted workers to counter the revolution and destroy Angkar's materials.
តាមចម្លើយរបស់ ម៉ន សំបូរ, សូ ភួងបូផា និង ងួន សាវ៉ាត នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ បានឆ្លើយថាៈឈ្មោះ ចាប សំអោក នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះបាន ចូលរួម ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ របស់អង្គការ។
