According to Pheng Ta's confession, Kao Mon, worker of railroad construction in train unit was arrested by the Angkar. Khann convinced Kao Mon to join the White Khmer by saying that we had not on power to work, because we had food not enough to eat.
តាមចម្លើយផេង តា ថាៈ កៅ ម៉ុនកម្មករអារកំណល់រថភ្លើងត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់។ ឈ្មោះ ខាន់ អប់រំ កៅ ម៉ុន ឱ្យចូលខ្មែរស, និងបាន និយាយថា គ្មានកម្លាំងធ្វើការទេ ព្រោះស៊ីមិនផ្អែត។
