Sokh Noeun aka Nen, member of Group in Office K-1, Division 310, confessed that Ngin Saroeung, Chief of Santuk District, nominated Roeun, militiaman of Tipo Sub-district, a spy from the revolution. The spying activities were to report to him. In 1970, Ngin Saroeung was transferred from Santuk District and Roeun worked as a militiaman of Tipo Sub-district. Roeun informed Ngin Saroeung of the network link with brother Pheng, Chief of Tipo Sub-district. Pheng was from the network of Sarim, Chief of Santuk District.
សុខ នឿន ហៅ ណេន សមាជិកក្រុមមន្ទីរក-១ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ រឿន យុទ្ធជនឈ្លបឃុំទីពោ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ងិន សារឿង ចៅហ្វាយស្រុកសន្ទុកចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើគិញស៊ើបយក ការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍បដិវត្ដនិងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ងិន សារឿង ផ្លាស់ចេញពីស្រុកសន្ទុក រឿនបានចូលធ្វើឈ្លបឃុំ ទីពោ ហើយ រឿនបាននិយាយប្រាប់វាថាបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ បងផេង គណៈឃុំទីពោ ហើយបងផេង ចេញមកពីខ្សែបងសារឹម គណៈស្រុកសន្ទុក។
