Sok Sut aka Bon, member of Prek Pneou energy unit, confessed that Chhay, chief of fishing group in Boeng Veng, Batheay district, Kampong Cham province, was assigned to fish in Boeng Veng, Batheay district by Sinuon. All fishes which had been catched, were distributed to the people living in Batheay district. At that time, Chhay took opportunity to spread the political indoctrination in order to convince the people to work as traitorous networks.
