Sok Sort aka Pon, member of Prek Pheou oil Energy Section, confessed to the fact of Rang, soldier of Prek Phneou oil Energy Section. In mid-1974, Sok Sort indoctrinated Rang with the idea of treachery. In 1975, Rang came to work at Prek Phneou Energy Section and got in touch with him.
សុក ស៊ត ហៅ ប៉ុន សមាជិកឋាមពលបេ្រងព្រែកព្នៅ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ រ៉ង យុទ្ធជននៅឋាមពលបេ្រងព្រែកព្នៅថាៈ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាល ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វាបានអប់រំរ៉ងឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ រ៉ង មកធ្វើការ នៅឋាមពលសាំងព្រែកព្នៅ ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយវា។
