Sok Sort aka Pon, a member of Prek Pneou energy unit, Sao Chhorn aka Dan, a chief of Russei Keo energy squad, Kim Ling aka Lun, energy unit, and Chhun Chrech aka Rom, a combatant of Russei Keo energy unit, confessed that Lim, a combatant of Prek Pneou gas station, received a plan to stage demonstration in November 1976, damaged one water pump, and caused one water pump's motor to burn out. Moreover, Lim, often spilled gas, while pumping and caused gas to flow out by secretly switching off tap.
