Soviet and Vietnam had forcibly urged Laos to oppose to our revolution openly for political and military affairs. The reactionary Laotian actively stirred up turmoil near Vientien city, about 30 kilometers. Moreover, the Vietnamese-Laotian Friendship Association declared to support Vietnam. One Laotian arrived in Phnom Penh and other one was busy. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, brothe Vorn, and documenting office.
សូវៀត និងយួនសង្កត់ឡាវឱយចេញមុខចំហរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដយើងទាំងពីនយោបាយនិងយោធា។ ពួកប្រតិកិរិយាឡាវវាយកាន់ តែខ្លាំងធ្វើសកម្មភាព ជិតវៀងច័ន្ទចម្ងាយ ៣០គីឡូម៉ែត្រហើយ សមាគមនន៍មិត្ដភាពឡាវ វៀតណាមបានចេញសេចក្ដីប្រកាសគាំទ្រយួនហើយ។ ឡាវបានមកភ្នំពេញម្នាក់ដោយម្នាក់ទៀតជាប់រវល់។ ចម្លងជូនៈ អុំ អុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
