The enemy situation along the border was normally the same as the internal situation. Spies infiltrated into our border for two times, but they were killed. Moreover, the internal enemies were cleaned up and were continuously arrested and interrogated. The irrigations and the farmlands had been continuously building and extending. The report was copied for uncles Nuon, Vann, Vorn and the documentation office.
