Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group in division 310, confessed that Then participated in receiving traitorous plan with him from Si Nuon in 1972. The plan was to build up forces to struggle against revolution. In July 1975, Then participated in receiving traitorous plan from GO, member of regiment logistics. The plan was to build up forces in revolution and burn down important warehouses such as machine and weapon warehouses.
សំ ហុំ ហៅ ផែនអនុក្រុម កងពល៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ថេនបាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ពីស៊ីនួន «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»អោយកសាងកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ថេនបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីហ្កូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដុតឃ្លាំងសំខាន់ៗ មានម៉ាស៊ី និងគ្រាប់។
