Sam Hum aka Phen, deputy chief of group in division 310, confessed that Thun was a member of political battalion, regiment 13, division 310 joined the meeting to receive traitorous plan from Sinuon in 1972. Moreover, he provoked military cadres to be against the revolution, burnt down houses and ammunition warehouse and rice during the war, and he also cooperated with his partisans to burn down many important materials.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន នាទីអនុប្រធានក្រុម អង្គភាព៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធន់ នាទីនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព វរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ស៊ី នួន បំផុសកម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ទជនអោយប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លាញផ្ទះ ឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ អង្ករ នៅក្នុង សង្គ្រាមចូលរួម ជាមួយបក្ខពួក ដុតបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ អស់ជាច្រើន។
