Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of unit 310 group, confessed that in July 1975, Chheng, soldier of division 310 printing house, joined the meeting and received plot from Ho to expand hidden forces in the revolutionary line, and to burn down main warehouses. After that time, Chheng and other networks took part in an traitorous activities -- such as burning down 7 cases of ammunition, situated near Wat Phnom and destroying other equipment.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមអង្គភាព ៣១០ បានសារភាព ថា ឆេងយុទ្ធជនខាងពុម្ពមនី្ទរកងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីហូរ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ ដុតគ្រាប់ម្ដុំវត្ដភ្នំ ៧ឡាំង។ ក្រោយមក ឆេងធ្វើសក្មភាពដុត និងបំផ្លាញជាមួយបក្សពួកផេ្សងៗទៀត។
