Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12 in division 310, confessed that Thav, logistics of battalion and recently living in Hann Chey, joined a meeting and received traitorous plan from Khuon. The meanigs of the plan were to build up traitorous forces, destroy the Kampuchean Communist Party's plan in fighting the enemy and provoke soldiers to run out of line.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះថាវ នាទីភស្ដុភារវរសេនាតូច បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅ ហាន់ជ័យ បានប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឃួន ខ្លឹមសារគឺកសាងកម្លាំង ក្បត់អោយណែន នៅក្នុងកងទ័ព បំផ្លាញផែនការវាយសំរុកខ្មាំងរបស់ បក្សកុម្មុយនីសកម្ពុជា បំផុសអោយរត់ចោលជួរ។
