San Dim, Political Company, Division 310, confessed that since the war, he had persuaded Ly, as a combatant of Division 310, to work as his network. Between October or November 1973, he assigned Ly, to destroy revolutionary forces by planting mines and to punish them by being accused of serving as enemies. In fact, Ly, secretly arrested 3 people and tortured them. San Dim and Ly, were under the control of Oeun, Division 310.
