San Dim, a Political Company, Division 310, confessed that Ra, as a Deputy Chief of Platoon, Division 310, was his hidden network. In September 1975, he induced Ra to prepare himself to fight Kampuchean Communist Party in the future, under the control of Oeun and Khort. Moreover, San Dim, added that Ra, still believed the traitorous plan and was ready to serve this plan for all circumstances.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ រ៉ា អនុកងហា កងពល៣១០ ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់របស់ខ្លួនយូរ មកហើយ។ កាលពីខែកញ្ញា-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទៅពង្រឹងឈ្មោះ រ៉ា ឱ្យត្រៀមខ្លួន ដើម្បីវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា ទៅថ្ងៃមុខដែល មាន អឿន និង ឃត ជាមេដឹកនាំ។ សាន ឌីម បាននិយាយទៀតថា បច្ចុប្បន្នឈ្មោះ រ៉ា នៅតែជឿលើផែនការក្បត់ និងត្រៀមខ្លួនបម្រើ ផែនការគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈ។
