San Dim, political company of division 310, confessed that Tin and he got plan from Oeun to destroy the revolution by shooting. Tin implemented this plan and killed 2 comrades in the field. In November 1976, Tin got plan from Kran (Ouen's network)to strenghten traitorous forces and prepare equipment for future purposes.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះទីន និងខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពីអឿន អោយបំផ្លាញ បដិវត្ដន៍ ដោយលួចបាញ់។ ផែនការនេះទីន បានយកមកអនុវត្ដដោយសម្លាប់ មិត្ដយើង២នាក់ នៅសមរភូមិ។ នៅខែ ១១-១៩៧៦ ទីនទទួល ផែនការពីក្រាន ខ្សែអឿន អោយពង្រីកកម្លាំងក្បត់ ត្រៀមសម្ភារៈ បំរើផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
