San Dim, working in Political Affairs of Company, Division 310, confessed that Ros, soldier of Division 310, assigned him to kill those relevant to the revolution and people in April 1974. In October 1974, Oeun, woriking in Division 310, called in him and Ros and assigned them to execute counter-revolutionary plans by means of grenade explosion and to kill the revolutionary cadre along the road.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ រស់ យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៣១០ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យចាំ សម្លាប់អ្នកបដិវត្ដនិងប្រជាជននៅខែ៤-៧៤។ នៅខែ១០-៧៤ ឈ្មោះអឿន នៅកងពល ៣១០ បានហៅខ្លួននិងរស់មកប្រជុំដាក់ ផែនការឱ្យបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយគប់គ្រាប់បែកនិងសម្លាប់អ្នក បដិវត្ដនៅតាមផ្លូវ។
