San Dim, member of political company, division 310 confessed that in August, 1976 he convinced Kaet, commander of division 310 company to steal equipment and to disconnect electric current in Tuol Kok factory. In January, 1977 Roeung persuaded Kaet to provoke male and female combatants into having sexual intercourse.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ កើត បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំកងពល ៣១០ថា កុ្នងខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ខុន បានណែនាំ កើត ឱ្យលួចសម្ភារៈនិងកាត់ខ្សែភើ្លង នៅរោងចក្រទួលគោក។ ខែ១-១៩៧៧ រឿង បានណែនាំ កើត ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌។
