Srei Lam aka Phoap, a chief of messenger group, unit 310, confessed that in June 1976, Leng, Company Battalion 312, Division 310, received traitorous plan from Ek, to increase networks, to destroy equipment, and to collect foodstuff. In March 1976, Leang, received plan to kill cadres for seizing their guns. In September 1976, Leng, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Mach, to expand networks, to collect foodstuff, and to destroy weapon warehouse.
ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនិរសារ អង្គភាព៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅខែមិថុនា-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ លេង កងធំ វរសេនាតូច ៣១២ អង្គភាព៣១០ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឯកឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗប្រមូលស្បៀង ហើយនៅខែមីនា-១៩៧៦ ទទួលផែនការមួយលើកទៀតឱ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលយក កាំភើ្លង។ ខែកញ្ញា-១៩៧៦ លេង ចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ម៉ាច ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំង និងស្បៀង និងបំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងអាវុធ។
