Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of group's messengers in division 310, confessed that Thy got traitorous plan from him in March, 1976. In Apri,l 1976, Thy participated in stealing a boat of potatoes to share to the others so that it eased to convince them to betray the revolution. Thy also participated in draining water from a hectar of rice-field and destroying a lot of seedlings.
ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ នាទីប្រធានក្រុមនិរសាអង្គភាព៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ធីទទួលផែនការអប់រំក្បត់ពីវា។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ធីចូលរួមលួចដំឡូងបានជិតមួយទូកយកមកស្ងោរ ហើយ ចែកចាយអោយអ្នកដ៏ទៃ ដើម្បីងាយអូសទាញជាកម្លាំងក្បត់។ ធីបាន ចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្ហូរទឹកចេញពីសន្ទូងអស់ ១ហិកតា និងជាន់ ថ្នាលសំណាបអស់មួយចំនួន។
