Ros Samouen aka Lat confessed that Phal, soldier in M-8 office; Thy was chief of group; and Ren, soldier in M-8 of Ministry of Commerce joined the meeting to receive traitorous plan from Samouen, who was fifty-member unit at Phsar Thmey. Later on, Lonh met Hao at Chrang Cham Reh in order to introduce Phal and Thy to Hao to do more indoctrination.
រស់ សំអឿន ហៅ ឡាត បានសារភាពថា ផលយុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរម-៨ ធីប្រធានក្រុម, រ៉េនយុទ្ធជន ម-៨ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូល ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី សំអឿន កងហា ផ្សាថ្មីក្រោយមក ឡុញ ទៅជួប ហោនៅច្រាំងចំរេះ ដើម្បីឧទេ្ទសនាមផល, ធីអោយទៅហោ ជួយអប់រំពង្រឹងជំហរ។
