Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, admitted that in mid May 1976, Oeung and Voeung established the plot in order to verify traitorous forces, who had been expanded. Chhan confessed that Chey was a expanded force, who could serve for the traitorous activities in the future. Moreover, Ros Seam aka Song didn't clearly confirm Chey's activities in detail.
