Ros Seam aka Son, a Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeung, held the traitorous meeting for verifying expanded traitorous networks. During the meeting, Chhan, reported that Rin, was a network, who could work for treacherous movement in the future. Ros Seam, didn't confirm Rin's activities in detail.
