Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13 in division 310, confessed that Teu participated in a meeting with Ien in November, 1975 in order to examine the outcome of traitorous acts and new goal for the future. The other purposes of the meeting were to create a new Communist Party and new Cambodian State, gather weapons and food to attack the party, examine revolutionary activities in Phnom Penh and living places of the leaders of Cambodian Communist Party and keep secret. However, Ros Seam aka Song didn't tell about Teu's activities.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១៣ កងពល៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ ទឺ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ អៀន នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលការងារក្បត់កន្លងមក និងទិសថ្មីទៅ អនាគត ខ្លឹមសារគឺ កសាងបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដថ្មី កម្ពុជារដ្ឋថ្មី ប្រមូល សម្ភារៈត្រៀមអាវុធ ស្បៀងវាយបក្ស ពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍បដិវត្ដ នៅភ្នំពេញ និងទីតាំងរស់នៅរបស់ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំបក្ខកុម្មុនិស្ដ កម្ពុជា និងលាក់ការណ៍សំងាត់។ រីឯសកម្មភាពរបស់ទឺ, រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ទេ។
