Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Ran, member of Big Cell, Battalion K-4, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung organized a treasonous meeting to examine the expanded force. At that time, Teu, cadre of Battalion K-4, reported that Ran was the person who could be able to serve the treacherous act in the future. Ros Seam aka Song did not give clear-cut account of Ran's activities.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រ៉ន សមាជិកកងធំ វរសេនាតូច ក-៤ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ កាលពីពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥-៧៦ ឈ្មោះអឿន និង វឿង បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យកម្លាំងដែលពួកវាបាន កសាងកន្លងមក ពេលនោះឈ្មោះ ទឺ កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចក-៤ រាយការណ៍ថា រ៉ន ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បានទៅ អនាគត។ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់សកម្មភាពលំអិត របស់រ៉ន ឱ្យច្បាស់លាស់ទេ។
