Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Ran, member of Big Cell, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held treasonous activities to examine their expanded forces. At the time, Teu reported that Ran was the person who could serve the treasonous acts in the future.
