Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that Ran, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs, Battalion 131. In April 1976, Ran attended the meeting with him. The content of the meeting was designed to get all the participants to report to him about the previous force expansion activities. During the meeting, Ran reported that the existing expanded forces, so far, were insisted upon adopting more absolute stance to go on ahead with the next force expansion.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រ៉ន អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ១៣១ ថាៈ កាលពី ខែ៤-៧៦ រ៉ន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួនពីខ្លឹមសារគឺឱ្យសមាជិក ទាំងអស់រាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួន«សុង»អំពីសកម្មភាពកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងរយៈ កាលកន្លងមក។ ក្នុងពេលប្រជុំ រ៉ន បានរាយការណ៍ថាកន្លងមកគ្រាន់ តែពង្រឹងកម្លាំងដែលមានហើយឱ្យដាច់ខាតទេ្វថែមទៀតប៉ុណ្ណោះ ចំណែកការពង្រីកកម្លាំងថ្មីពុំទាន់បានពង្រីកទេ។
