Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13 in division 310, confessed that Oeun and Voeun opened a traitorous meeting to examine the indoctrinated forces in the middle May, 1976. On that time, Chhan said that Ting was a person who could serve the traitorous act in the future. Ros Seam didn't confirm in detail about Ting's activities.
